Court throws outOJ Simpson appeal

The Nevada Supreme Court has refused to overturn former American football star OJ Simpson's armed robbery and kidnapping convictions after a Las Vegas hotel room heist.

Simpson, 63, is serving nine to 33 years in prison. The court ordered a retrial for his co-defendant, Clarence “CJ” Stewart, who is serving 7.5 to 27 years.

Both men were convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery, conspiracy and other crimes.
