Crash passenger dies in hospital
Police have named a woman who died following a road accident last Thursday near Ripon.
Lyn Littlefair, 59, from Skelton-on-Ure, near Ripon, was a passenger in a Renault Kangoo which collided with a Ford Focus on the B6265 near the A1 underpass towards Skelton-on-Ure.
Mrs Littlefair died in Leeds General Infirmary on Saturday.
Police investigating the accident are appealing for witnesses.
