Crews tackle three storey building fire in Bradford tonight

They were called just before 9pm tonight (Monday) to the three storey building at Town Gate in Wyke.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said the fire was located on ground floor with 50 per cent of the area involved in the blaze.

Crews have used two hose reels, four fire-fighters wearing breathing apparatus and a high powered fan to clear the building of smoke.

They added that there were no reports of any people being involved.

Pumps from Odsal and Cleckheaton have attended along with a Fire Investigation officer to investigate the cause.
