The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before the Old Bailey charged with his murder.

Scotland Yard said two other teenage boys - a 14 year old from Hackney and a 17 year old from Redbridge, north-east London - have also been charged with murder. They will appear in custody at Stratford Youth Court today.

The 17-year-old boy arrested in West Yorkshire remains in police custody.

It is understood that Jeremie was questioned on the night he was killed by officers because he matched the description of youths reported to be armed with knives in the area.
