High-value machinery stolen during raid on business near Hull

HUMBERSIDE Police are appealing for information after thieves stole high-value machinery and fuel from an agricultural merchant's near Hull.

Raiders broke into containers at the business on Daisy Hill Road in Burstwick near Hedon between 6pm on Tuesday January 26 and 6.30am on Wednesday 27.

Among machinery stolen was an industrial jet wash, a leaf blower and a yellow pneumatic pallet trolley.

A large quantity of red diesel was stolen from a fuel storage tank and two commercial lorries were also drained of diesel.

The thieves drove away the premises over the fields towards Humbleton.
