Hillsborough: Plea to help with legal costs

The Superintendents Association and the Chief Police Officers Staff Association have funded legal proceedings for members, who include those retired from service, but a spokesman for Shaun Wright’s office said the officers had indicated that route was not available to them.

Legal costs for the Hillsborough families are being funded by the Government.
