Lord Chief Justice Lord Burnett announced this morning (Monday) that juries will be able to attend crown court trials in England and Wales from next week.

The announcement comes after Prime Minister Boris Johnson revealed plans to begin gradual easing of some lockdown restrictions, with people being encouraged to return to work from today if they cannot work from home.

Limits on only one form of exercise a day will be lifted from Wednesday, and the public will be able to sit in parks with members of their household.
