Five men are now in custody being questioned over the grisly finds.

Four men aged 43, 31, 21, and 19 were arrested in the Grimsby area on Sunday, and a fifth man, aged 34, was arrested this morning.

Several properties in Grimsby and Scunthorpe have been cordoned off.

Police believe Mr Vincent’s death may be connected to his use of drugs.

Det Chief Insp Mark Oliver, of Humberside Police, said: “”We are in the very early stages of a murder inquiry and I would appeal to anyone who may have information to contact police as a matter of urgency.

“Mr Vincent was a local drug user. At this time the circumstances of his death are unknown. One line of enquiry is that this may be connected to his drug use.

“I am not aware of any threats towards Mr Vincent and have no information as to the motive.

“I am appealing to anyone in the Grimsby area who may have seen Adam Vincent. The last likely sighting of him was on Friday, 11 February, in the Scartho area. I am asking for people who knew Adam Vincent and may have seen him since that date to contact police.
