Nationwide hunt as police issue picture of Scarborough Christmas sex attacker

A NATIONWIDE appeal has been launched to trace a man wanted in connection with a sex assault in Scarborough.

Akduss Hussain, 29, is alleged to have assaulted a woman in William Street Coach Park, in Scarborough, on December 25 2013.

Officers believe he has left Scarborough and headed to another part of the country.

Hussain is known to use a number of different names including Anwar Choudhary, Layak Choudhary, Rahad Hassain, Rahar Hussain, Rah Hasan Jakira and Hassain Rahad.

He is thought to currently be using the alias Anwar Choudhary.

Officers are appealing to anyone who can help to locate Akduss Hussain to contact them with information on 101.
