North Yorkshire Police launch sheep-rustling appeal after thieves steal 50 sheep from field in Craven
The white-faced Texel cross-bred sheep were taken from a field on the moors between Darnbrook and Arncliffe in Craven in recent days, the local neighbourhood policing team said.
The sheep rustling incident is thought to have occurred between Tuesday, October 20 and yesterday (Monday).

Hide AdEach sheep is tagged in their ear with the flock number of UK123738 and red mark on the shoulder.
Craven Neighbourhood Policing Team said they were urging farmers and residents in the district to be vigilant.
Livestock theft, or sheep rustling, spiked during the first month of lockdown according to recent figures released by farmers' union NFU.
The data also showed that North Yorkshire was the third worst-affected area in the country in terms of the financial impact of rural crime, with farmers losing £2.2m to criminals last year.
