Police appeal for help to trace missing boy, 13

Police are growing increasingly concerned for a 13-year-old boy with links to the Bradford area who has been missing for almost a fortnight.

Sean Turner, from Rochdale, was last seen in Middleton on Wednesday, September 25.

Sean is 5ft 7in with brown hair and brown eyes. He is slim and described as having a Yorkshire accent.

When the teenager was last seen, he was wearing grey shorts, a white and grey T-shirt and trainers.

Sean is from the Bradford area and has strong links there, and he quite often uses the train to travel.

Detective Inspector Carol Hobson, of Greater Manchester Police (GMP), said: “We are getting increasingly worried about Sean as it is now 11 days since he was reported missing and we are just keen to hear from him to make sure he is OK.

“Sean, if you can see or hear this message, you are not in any trouble. But police in both GMP and West Yorkshire just want to know that you are safe.

Anyone with information about Sean’s whereabouts, or anyone who may have seen him over the last 11 days, is urged to call 101.
