Grandmother of four Rev Irene Wilson was unhurt but “very shaken” after the incident outside Holy Trinity Church on Sunday afternoon, said Canon Neil Barnes.

He added: “She’s with family and we obviously continue to pray for her. She is very much a community person and the church has rallied round.”
