Urgent appeal to find Leyburn man last seen on Yorkshire coast

North Yorkshire Police is calling for help to trace a 41-year-old man who went missing two days ago.

Andrew Neil Clark was last seen on Friday around 1pm.

He left Leyburn in his silver Kia Ceed, which was found on Sunday morning at Saltwick Nab, on the coast around a mile to the east of Whitby.

Officers say they are extremely concerned for Mr Clark's welfare and are asking anyone who has seen him or has information to get in touch.

Mr Clark is around 5ft 11ins, has short blonde hair and wears glasses.

He was spotted on CCTV at the Shell garage on Guisborough Road, Whitby on Friday afternoon wearing dark coloured trousers and a dark grey jacket.

For immediate sightings police are asking people to call 999. Anyone with other information should call 101.
