Youths hurl brick at girl, 4, in Grimsby
The 17-year-old youth was arrested last night and held in police custody overnight following the incident in which Jersey-Lou Perry suffered a series of facial injuries, including a broken nose and two lost teeth.
Jersey-Lou was taken to hospital after a brick flew into her father Kyle’s minibus van.

Hide AdMr Perry, 23, said he had stopped his vehicle to confront a group of up to 15 youths who had kicked a ball against the side of the van.
He said the gang turned on his vehicle and one of the youths hurled the brick through the window.
Jersey-Lou was taken to Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, in Grimsby, where she was kept in overnight for observations.
Her mother Laura Mussell, 22, told the Grimsby Telegraph: “If I was the parent of the coward responsible for this then I would be completely ashamed and the first thing I would do would be to drag them down to the police station.”

Hide AdHumberside Police said they arrested a 17-year-old man last night in connection with the investigation.
Today, a spokeswoman said the youth remained in custody.
The force said the incident happened at around 3.30pm on Thursday, April 14, after the minibus stopped in Hildyard Street, Grimsby, close to the junction with Rutland Street.
A spokesman said: “The object came through a window in the minibus and hit the four-year-old, leaving her with nasty injuries.”
Inspector Glen Munson has appealed for people who saw what happened to come forward.
