Staff inside the shop saw through the disguises and confronted the men before both ran out of the store.

They made away in a silver Renault Clio believed to have been stolen from the Daisy Hill area in July. It was later discovered abandoned.

Two men aged 23 and 24 years old were subsequently arrested and both have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Witnesses to the incident are asked to call 0845 6060606 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111.
