Dame Helen keeps fit with Wii magic wand

She is shown being put through her paces with a Nintendo Wii Fit Plus work-out as part of the company's Christmas promotion.

The Wii has a wireless wand-like remote control which can be used to play so-called "active" computer games which require gamers to do more than simply press buttons.

It is part of a series of adverts which also see boyband JLS, broadcaster Sir Terry Wogan, Jamie and Louise Redknapp and Ant and Dec try different games.

Dawn Paine, marketing director at Nintendo UK, said: "This year's star line-up is the best yet, demonstrating the wide appeal of Nintendo."
