Dead man at centre of inquiry named
A man who died after police attempted to restrain him at his home has been named as 52-year-old Colin Holt.
The actions of officers who were at Mr Holt’s flat in Goudhurst Road, Gillingham, Kent, when he died are being examined by the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
He had been sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
