Death-case police release 88-year-old
An 88-year-old man arrested on suspicion of the murder of an elderly woman has been released without charge.
A police spokeswoman said a post-mortem examination on the 86-year-old woman had found the cause of her death to be “indeterminable”.
He body was found when officers were called to a house in Manor Road in Sandown, on the Isle of Wight. The man was held in custody but then released.
