Detectives issues CCTV appeal after series of burglaries in Leeds

Detectives investigating a series of burglaries in Leeds have released CCTV images of a man they want to identify.

The burglaries targeted cars in the Weetwood, Moortown and Chapeltown areas on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Leeds District Crime Team has made a number of arrests already in connection with the offences but detectives need to trace this man as part of their ongoing enquiries.

Detective Sergeant James Gross said: “Identifying this male could be crucial to detecting these crimes and we are appealing for the public to provide information which could assist in identifying him.”
