Detectives make new appeal for help

murder squad detectives investigating the death of a Bradford man are putting up posters to encourage more people who may have information to come forward.

Garry Crossley, 38, was found collapsed at a flat on Apsley Crescent in Manningham on Monday, June 4 and died the following morning at Bradford Royal Infirmary.

A 35-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed pending further inquiries.

Det Supt Mark Ridley, who is leading the investigation said last night: “We believe the answer to what happened to Garry lies within the local community. We are putting up the posters in the hope that someone will come forward with that vital piece of information.”
