'Distinctive' Landrover Defender stolen from Skipton driveway

Police are appealing for witnesses after a Landrover Defender was stolen from a driveway in Skipton

The black vehicle was stolen on Church Street in Gargrave between 10.30pm yesterday 5.30am this morning.

Officers said the vehicle is distinctive because has a roof rack with ladders on it and silver paw print stickers on the rear nearside panel.

Its registration is KU61 TNK.

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information about any suspicious activity in the Gargrave area between the times the vehicle was taken.

The force is also urging members of the public look out for the vehicle.
