Driver, 87, killed in crash
AN 87-year-old man has died after a car crash in Huddersfield.
The man was driving in Wakefield Road, Grange Moor, when he was in a collision with another car just after 10am on Thursday.
He died in Huddersfield Royal Infirmary a short time later.
The other driver had only minor injuries.
West Yorkshire Police said the collision happened as the elderly man's car was turning right in to Ben Booth Lane.
