Drug driving arrest as car crashes off Selby road
A teenage driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a collision between a car and an outbuilding in Selby.
At about 3am today, police officers on patrol located an unattended black Vauxhall Corsa off Flaxley Road, which had left the road and crashed into a building.
A 19-year-old man was spoken to by officers a short distance away. He failed a roadside drugs test, and was arrested on suspicion of drug driving as a result.
He remains in custody as police enquiries continue.
