The Duck that scores 10/10
THE Fat Duck has held its title as the UK's best restaurant in the 2011 Good Food Guide released yesterday.
The Which? guide awarded Heston Blumenthal's Berkshire restaurant a rare 10 out of 10, describing it as producing "a procession of world-beating dishes for the bedazzled throngs", allowing the restaurant to hold the top spot for three years running.
Gordon Ramsay's Royal Hospital Road restaurant took second place, for the second year, praised by judges as "the nearest thing to a world-class restaurant experience currently on offer in the capital".
