Egg and swoon race
The glittering prize on offer for the winner of the world’s biggest egg hunt is unveiled by actress Emilia Fox.
The diamond jubilee rose gold egg, worth £100,000, is decorated with 60 gemstones – one for each year of the Queen’s reign.
The unique egg was created by Fabergé. More than 200 eggs – decorated by famous names including Bruce Oldfield, Sir Ridley Scott and Zandra Rhodes – were hidden across London yesterday as the Fabergé Big Egg Hunt began.
