Eight bailed after police swoops in drug inquiry
Eight men arrested as part of a major police inquiry into the production of cannabis were released after questioning, officers said yesterday.
Staffordshire Police said the suspects, aged between 26 and 59, were bailed until October pending further inquiries into the discovery of thousands of cannabis plants at a farm in Lincolnshire.
The men were detained on Wednesday after police swoops in Lincolnshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
