Elderly woman seriously injured in Pocklington car collision
A 91-year-old woman is serious injured in hospital after a collision with a reversing car in Pocklington.
The woman, a pedestrian, was in Market Street when the incident occurred involving a black Ford Focus at 11.30am yesterday.
Police said the woman had been taken to York Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Ford Focus was not injured.
Witnesses to the incident are asked to call Humberside Police on 101, quoting log 245 of 14 April 2016.
