Emergency services at scene in Roundhay Park, Leeds as person pulled from Waterloo Lake

Emergency services have been called to Roundhay Park in Leeds after reports of a person being spotted in the lake.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said they had been called to Waterloo Lake, close to the Lakeside Cafe, at around 12.15pm today.

He said a person had been pulled from the water and was being treated by paramedics at the scene.
