A panel of food industry experts, chefs and supermarket buyers have considered and tasted the entries, and now those that impressed the most are set to be announced at an awards dinner hosted by Deliciouslyorkshire chairwoman Judy Bell and BBC Radio 2 food critic Nigel Barden.

Helen Miles, press and marketing manager at Deliciouslyorkshire, said: “It’s going to be a fantastic night celebrating the hard work and dedication of all the food and drink producers in the region who entered their products and businesses into this year’s awards.

“The evening will start with a drinks reception where we’ll be serving some special Yorkshire cocktails before getting the delicious dinner and awards ceremony underway. It’s the most delicious party of the year.”
