Wonder of nature at Fairburn Ings
A murmuration of starlings flies over Fairburn Ings RSPB reserve in West Yorkshire.
The spectacular displays are thought to confuse predators such as peregrine falcons and also to give starlings the chance to keep warm as temperatures fall.
