Hide AdThe 10k route, which starts and ends in Centenary Square, is mostly flat and will be closed to all traffic.
This makes the course appealing to first-time runners and elite runners looking to achieve a personal best time.
The run is supported by Airedale Athletics who members will be running training clinics in the lead up to the event to help runners prepare.
Katie Stocks, fundraising events officer at Epilepsy Action, said: "We've been overwhelmed by the support people in Bradford have given to this event and it continues to go from strength to strength. We hope this year will be no exception.
