Farm income support scheme 'may actually cut payments'
There are fears farm incomes will be cut by a new Government-backed system designed to support vulnerable farmers.
It is designed to help those farming in the uplands, such as the Yorkshire Dales but it is claimed it will not help those renting land in the short term.
