Festival tickets more easily available

MUSIC fans can now buy tickets for this year’s Bingley Music Live from a wider range of outlets.

Bradford Council has made it easier to buy tickets for the festival which is now in its fifth year and will be held at Myrtle Park on the weekend of September 2 to 4.

From today weekend tickets for the festival will be available from a wide number of outlets in Bradford and the surrounding district. Acts that have already been confirmed include electronic production duo Chase and Status, alternative rock band Maximo Park, rapper and grime MC Wretch 32 and hip-hop legends Fun Lovin’ Criminals.

More names will be announced over the coming weeks.

Councillor Paul Flowers, Bradford Council’s executive member responsible for culture, said: “The line-up for this year’s Bingley Music Live is shaping up to be the best yet and if people don’t want to miss out they should buy a ticket at one of these outlets now.”

Weekend tickets, which are £35 plus a booking fee, will be available from outlets including Visitor Information Centres in Saltaire, Ilkley and Haworth; Keighley, Ilkley and Shipley town halls, Bingley Council Shop and Leeds Visitor Centre.
