Festival victim named

A teenager who died after being hit by a car after attending a music festival was named by police. Henry Minns, aged 19, of Penryn, Cornwall, was hit by a silver Ford Focus as he walked near to the Bestival event site on the Isle of Wight just after midnight on September 12.
