Fire at block of flats in York after suspected 'arson attack'
A block of flats caught fire in a suspected arson attack in York today (Tuesday).
Police and firefighters were called to the flats in Paragon Street at around 12.50am this morning.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze and police have now arrested a man from York, who is in his twenties, on suspicion of arson.
He is currently in custody while police and fire service investigations continue.
