Two people were taken to hospital – one by air ambulance – after a crash in Langtoft.
Both had been trapped in cars involved in the two-vehicle collision just before 6pm today.
Firefighters released an elderly woman from one car by removing the door. She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
A male casualty in the second car was freed after fire crews removed the roof using hydraulic cutting equipment. He was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Management of the incident was then handed over to police.
