Flick and aflutter
This waxwing, spotted flicking a rowan berry into the air, was among a flock of more than 350 that descended on a supermarket car park in Hessle Road in Hull.
Other large flocks have been seen in York as more of the birds arrive in the UK from Scandinavia looking for berries.
