Flooding causes closure of A616 at Stocksbridge
The A616 in South Yorkshire has reopened after flooding at Stocksbridge resulted in its closure.
Highways England said this morning that the Stocksbridge Bypass was shut in both directions between the junctions of the A628 (at the Flouch roundabout near Langsett) and the A6102 (near Deepcar).
Traffic was being diverted around the closure via local routes.
