four accused over £2m 'property fraud'
Four men have been charged over an alleged £2m international property fraud based in York.
The charges relate to the collapsed York-based Challenor Property Developments which operated from Regency House in Westminster Business Park.
Two men aged 46 and 64 from York, a man aged 54 from Northamptonshire and another aged 41 from Kent are jointly charged with participating in a fraudulent business.
