Fourteen face court over match violence

A total of 14 people appeared in court charged with affray after violence broke out after a football match earlier this year.

Three youths and 11 adults were at Luton Magistrates’ Court to face the charges which relate to clashes following the Luton Town-York City match on May 3.

One youth was given a three-year full banning order from matches. The rest were bailed.
