FRC to investigate two former Carillion bosses
Britain's accountancy watchdog has launched an investigation into two finance bosses of collapsed construction giant Carillion.
The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has embarked on a probe into former group finance directors Richard Adam and Zafar Khan over financial statements made during their tenures.
The investigation will cover statements for the year ending December 31 2014, 2015 and 2016, the six-month period to June 30, 2017, and the preparation and reporting of other financial information between 2014-2017.
