Furniture warehouse on fire
Firefighters were called to a fire at a furniture warehouse in the early hours today.
The fire is understood to have affected a furniture warehouse and carpentry business on Watson’s Lane in the Norwood area of Harrogate.
Fire crews received the call at about 4am after being notified by a passer-by and when they arrived found the building well alight.
In all, seven appliances attended the scene and crews were still there at 8am.
