Law firm Gordons is to relocate its Bradford offices to the One St James Business Park in the city.
The Yorkshire practice has signed a 10-year lease on the 8,947 sq ft ground floor Grade A office accommodation in a move that will see Gordons relocate everyone currently based at its existing premises on Duke Street in November.
In the interim, a six-figure interior design fit out is being undertaken to create a similar in look and feel to that of the firm’s Leeds office. Gordons employs 200 people, split evenly between its two locations.
Gordons partner and head of operations, Victoria Davey, said: “We remain totally committed to continuing to grow our business in the city and the talent pool available to us here.”
