Grande Dame of fashion drops in

Sporting her trademark radiant pink hair, fashion designer Zandra Rhodes visited Huddersfield University yesterday to meet fashion students before delivering the lecture A Lifelong Love Affair with Textiles.

Rhodes, nearly 70, who designed for the late Princess Diana and Queen's Freddie Mercury and is still much-admired, gave words of encouragement to the next generation of British design talent.
