Around 50 pupils from Doncaster welcomed the team to the town which they are training in ahead of the World Cup. The Haka was performed by children from Norton Junior School. The town’s mayor Ros Jones said: “It is a major coup for Doncaster to be welcoming the World Champions New Zealand – and the Cook Islands to the town. The town has a proud history in rugby league and I am delighted that school children get to benefit from the visit and even perform the Haka.” Picture: Scott Merrylees
