Hares on the march
A March hare made an appearance right on time yesterday as the Yorkshire countryside enjoyed a welcome spell of bright sunshine.
After the coldest UK winter in more than 30 years, warmer weather brought out hares in a stubble field near Scarborough.
Colder conditions are on the way, however, and rain is forecast later in the week.
