Harry rides into Americans’ hearts

PRINCE Harry last night thanked the people of the United States for a “wonderful week” as his seven-day tour of the country finished last night.

He spoke at an exclusive Greenwich Polo Club in Connecticut and is pictured playing in a fundraising match which it was hoped would make $1m for his Sentebale charity which helps orphans and vulnerable children in the African kingdom of Lesotho.

Harry has won over many Americans during his tour of the US displaying humour, charm and a down-to-earth nature that has seen him game for anything.

The tour has showcased the Prince as a modern, hard-working royal in contrast to last summer’s high-profile gaffe when he was photographed nude at party in Las Vegas shortly before his deployment to Afghanistan.
