Hats off to birthday girl
A YORK University student celebrated her 21st birthday in style yesterday after being gifted a hat by renowned milliner Yvette Jelfs.
Abby Glass was given the special birthday gift – worth several hundred pounds – after entering the Fashion on the Field competition for racegoers at the annual Ebor meeting in York. Ms Jelfs, who organised the competition with designer Jeff Banks, gave the hat after learning it was her 21st birthday.
