An INDUSTRIAL property consultancy has completed its first deal following its launch in February.

Leeds-based Holder & Co, which was formed by Owen Holder, ex-industrial property partner at Knight Frank, has completed a 7,500 sq ft deal for client Wheel Wizard at Copley Hill Trading Estate in Whitehall Road, Leeds.

Wheel Wizard, which provides alloy wheel repairs to vehicles, has signed up on a new five-year lease and will move into its new accommodation this month. The landlords of Copley Hill Trading Estate are Towngate.

Mr Holder said: “I’m delighted to have completed our first acquisition so quickly. This represents the start of an exciting journey for the new business and I have personally been overwhelmed by the support for my new venture.

“I am very pleased to boast that, in the two months we have been trading, we already have 14 active instructions, the majority of which are occupiers who welcome our personal approach, attention to detail and, perhaps most importantly, competitive fee levels.”

Philip Caspell of Towngate said: “Historically, the estate has always been a popular location and indeed, we are now almost fully let with just one 3,763 trade counter unit remaining”.
