Holiday confusion for travellers
Booking a holiday is bewildering for many Britons, a survey showed today.
As many as 58 per cent of holidaymakers are perplexed by the booking process and take months to decide a destination, a poll of 6,000 people by price comparison site Confused.com showed. Nearly three in five cannot decide what to pack.
